VoIP Termination in Mali: Orange Prepaid Packages

Before you begin to terminate in the Republic of Mali, check out what local GSM operators have to offer to prepaid subscribers. There are two large cellular companies in the country: Orange and Malitel. Orange occupies a leading position in the mobile sector of Mali as 11.3 million subscribers use the operator's services.

Orange offers 5 options of starting prepaid packages that include SIM-cards:

  • For $1.7. No bonus is provided.
  • For $3.4. No bonus is provided.
  • For $8.6. A $0.87 bonus is provided.
  • For $ 17.36. A $2.6 bonus is provided.
  • For $ 43. An $8.6 bonus is provided.

There is no point in buying expensive SIM-cards to terminate calls since bonuses are minimal. Starting packages for $1.7 are quite suitable.

Orange has also several offers for prepaid subscribers. The product line is called Forfaits Prepayes non S’Cool and includes the following packages:

  • For $17. A $17 loan is provided, which can be used for calls. It also includes a $3.4 bonus.
  • For $43. A $43 loan is provided, which can be used for calls. It also includes an $8.6 bonus.
  • For $86. A $86 loan is provided, which can be used for calls. It also includes a $17.3 bonus.

Standard tariffs for calls for prepaid subscribers cost $0.19 per minute in the daytime (from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and $0.08 per minute at night (from 11:00 p.m.to 7:00 a.m.). Termination of traffic at night can cause suspicion in GSM-operators. Increased activity during this period of the day is not characteristic of real subscribers and may become an excuse for blocking SIM-cards by anti-fraud systems.

We recommend connecting a $43 Forfait Prepayes Non S'Cool for prepaid subscribers. And you will have to spend as little as $1.7 on one SIM-card, and 226 minutes will cost you for free due to a loan. In addition, an $8.6 bonus will provide you an additional 45 minutes. The new numbers will need to be connected daily. As a result, you can make about $850 via 1 equipment channel, using GSM mobile gateways. The main thing is to provide a plausible simulation of the real subscriber's behavior using specialized software.
