The Internet services sector has grown significantly over the past decade in Sri Lanka and further sustained growth is projected. The country has an excellent average speed (8.5 Mbps), which allows to effectively terminate international voice traffic. But how much will it cost to connect the Internet in Sri Lanka? - Heavy. Includes two Internet plans - Champ and Life. The cost of Champ is $87 per month, the speed is up to 100 Mbit/s, the data limit is 270 Gb. The cost of Life is $127 per month, the speed is up to 100 Mbit/s, the data limit is 400 Gb.
You can also use the Internet plans from the Light range (ADSL Internet):
- Entree. The cost is $3.2 per month, the speed is up to 21 Mbit/s, the data limit is 7 Gb.
- Web Lite. The cost is $3 per month, the speed is up to 21 Mbit/s, the data limit is 6 Gb.
- Starter. The cost is $4.7 per month, the speed is up to 21 Mbit/s, the data limit is 11 Gb.
- Web Pal. The cost is $6.3 per month, the speed is up to 21 Mbit/s, the data limit is 18 Gb.
In addition, you have to pay $3 for connection.
As you can see, the prices for Internet in Sri Lanka are not high. The best option for traffic termination will be the Internet plan Super Middle Pro, its cost is $31 per month. The speed of 100 Mbps is enough for the efficient operation of several gsm gateway grandstream multi-channel devices. At the same time, your expenses for the Internet will be minimal.
