Telecel is the second mobile operator in terms of the number of subscribers in the Central African Republic. This GSM operator's coverage is uneven across the country, as is the case with other cellular service providers in the local market. Therefore, make sure you check for a stable signal in your chosen location in the Central African Republic. Using Telecel SIM-cards for voice termination, choose the best prepaid package.
Telecel's prepaid offer is called Mango. A SIM card costs about 1 dollar. By default, the tariff plan of the same name is connected, which provides for a calls tariff of $0.2 per minute. You can connect a Mango + plan with which a minute of a call will cost $0.12 per minute. There is also Mango Chrono plan that provides for per-second billing— $0.003 per second.
Prepaid Telecel subscribers can use the Iri Mangui line. It includes 3 packages:
- 250 F. The subscriber is provided with 20 minutes for calls. Connection fee — $0.42.
- 100 F. The subscriber is provided with 5 minutes for calls. Connection fee — $0.17.
- 50 F. The subscriber is provided with 2 minutes for calls. Connection fee — $0.085.
The Iri Mangui 250F package is best suited for making money on traffic landing. With this package, the price per minute of an outgoing call will be about two cents. The terminator's profit will be about $100 from a channel (if landing just 100 minutes a day). If your voip minutes provider will deliver a lot of voice traffic and you will use multi-channel equipment, the income will be much higher.
